• About ME

    As an Account Manager at GES, I specialize in overseeing complex event graphic design projects, managing up to 100,000 square feet of graphic panels per event. My role involves spearheading cross-departmental initiatives to enhance collaboration across business units. Additionally, I manage our department's SharePoint site, overseeing its development, site mapping, and ongoing updates.

     

    I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to solve problems and improve processes. This includes facilitating stakeholder consensus on new processes, managing their implementation, and creating new tools and documentation.

     

    One of my proudest achievements is receiving the Capstone Excellence Award during my MBA program, where I crafted a detailed strategic business plan with advanced forecasting and multi-channel analysis.

     

    Outside of my professional endeavors, I am passionate about technology, volleyball, personal finance, and reading.

    Project Manager at GES

    May 2019 - June 2020 & June 2021 - Present

    GES is a global, full-service provider for live events with a focus on providing extraordinary experiences for trade shows. As a Project Manager, I used Agile methods to oversee the ordering, design, and printing of all signage for my events and was the communication bridge between the Account Managers, Layout Techs, and the Production Team.

    MagView is a mamagram reporting software company where I successfully spearheaded the implementation of proprietary healthcare software, overseeing the entire process from initial development through to end-user training. I effectively coordinated with client IT departments, facility management, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless tracking and delivery of project milestones. I also demonstrated strong project management skills by concurrently handling multiple projects and leading weekly stakeholder meetings to drive progress and address any emerging issues.

    Account Manager at SpeedPro Imaging

    September 2020 – November 2020

    SpeedPro is a chain of large format graphic print shops. There I supported the shipping and receiving processes for graphic orders and supplies, ensuring accurate and timely handling. I delivered exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone and email, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations. I also wrote detailed quotes and managed the entire process through to successful installation or delivery. And I created high-quality graphics based on client specifications using Adobe Creative Suite, demonstrating a strong proficiency in design and client communication.

    BPLF is a non-profit organization aimed at raising money for the Broward County Library System through private funding. There, I directly assisted with organizing a silent auction with over 160 items while also creating marketing content for their main event, the Night of Literary Feasts.

    The HRL Security Department is responsible for monitoring access to residential dorms to ensure overnight safety of the university's thousands of students.
